During my observation I discovered a lot in my surroundings. I saw people outside sitting on the green round benches. There were only seven people; all of them were women. Two were writing with their right hand. I also saw people walking in and out of the building. Then I saw someone talking on their phone for a few minutes. There were two people on their laptops; both listening to music, but I think one was doing homework and the other one I wasn’t sure what she was doing. There was one student reading out of their textbook probably studying for an upcoming test. West of Kennedy is one of the areas where people using smoke. There were people walking up to the vending machines to get snacks or a drink. Outside of west Kennedy is covered with a pavilion. While sitting outside many people were walking by, but this time there was only one which was an athlete student. At the end of west Kennedy there was a go cart parked by the stairs. As I was sitting there a student walked by and said “hi”. Even though there was busy traffic; meaning a lot of people walking in and out of the building, the area was very quiet and not many people were talking. From a distance on her way going to Kennedy, a student athlete almost tripped over her own foot. A couple minutes later a faculty member came out to take a smoke break. After that two people stopped to talk to each other and throughout the whole entire time birds chirping constantly.
